For advisory and extension services, download and fill the proforma and send forma. Proformas can be selected as follows -

If your requirement is on the mill side,

If your proforma pertains to boiling house (excluding those in the next),

Each of these proforma is meant for a different division, hence do not combine them together.
Please keep them in separate folders.

Please attach a note detailing your problem and the exact form of assistance you need to each ot the above proformas.
Calculate the amount from above and GST. Then make a demand draft of the required amount in favour of
"Director, National Sugar Institute, Kanpur" and payable at State Bank of India
Kalyanpur Branch, Kanpur, Branch code 1962.
Please note that in addition to the above amount TA/DA of the staff and other
applicable levies/ taxes are payable.
For advisory and extension services and for drawing mail your request alongwith
the demand draft and proformas. If it is to be delivered by representative
visit the Survey and Information Division, room No 108.
For Analysis and caliberation services kindly deliver the instrument or sample
as the case may be and the demand draft alongwith covering letter detailing the
requirement at the Survey and Information Division, room No 108.
For obtaining the sugar standards, send your request either by post or through
representative alongwith the draft and letter to the institute.
For collection of the standards by representative the Bureau of Sugar
Standards (BSS) room no 60 may be approached.
Old bottles must accompany the request.
The institute works five days a week (Monday - Fridays). It is closed on
holidays applicable to Government of India offices at Kanpur.
The working hours are 9.30 AM to 1.30 pm and 2.00 pm to 6.00 PM.
